NS Modular is growing, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Equipment Operator - Telehandler, whose primary responsibility includes supporting safe and efficient material handling within an active construction yard, helping ensure projects run smoothly and safely. What You’ll Be Doing

Safely operate telehandlers with capacities up to and including 14,000lbs to move construction materials
Receive and stage delivered construction materials on the site
Move materials around the site safely and efficiently
Work with spotters to guide material movement
Inspect materials for potential hazards
Assist with shipping and receiving duties
Handle materials such as rebar, scaffolding, interlocking building materials, and masonry

What You Bring to the Table

At least one (1) year work experience in a construction environment
Previous experience operating a telehandler
CSTS certification
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Commitment to working safely and following safety protocol
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to use judgement and apply discretion when making decisions
Possess a positive and professional attitude, set a high standard, and convey professionalism at all times
Any valid safety-related training certificates would be considered an asset (i.e., WHMIS, forklift, fall protection, etc.)
