Your Job (No Fluff)
1. Call Control & Dispatch
- Answer every call fast no missed opportunities
- Extract job details quickly and accurately
- Assign the right truck immediately
- Control the job from first call to completion
2. Revenue Pipeline Execution
- Every call gets tracked
- Every job gets logged
- Every lead gets followed up
- No money left on the table
3. Accounts Receivable (Cash In)
- Invoice same day no delays
- Follow up aggressively on unpaid invoices
- Keep AR clean and moving
4. Accounts Payable (Cash Out)
- Track all bills and due dates
- Keep payables organized and visible
- No surprises, no chaos
5. Operational Control
- Keep systems clean (jobs, invoices, logs)
- Support drivers with accurate info
- Maintain structure across the business

- You’re comfortable with tools (Google Sheets, QuickBooks, dispatch systems)
Compensation
- Base: $3,000 – $3300/month
- Performance Bonuses tied to:
- Calls captured
- Revenue processed
- AR collections
If you perform, you will make more.
If you don’t, this won’t last.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Some after-hours availability required
