Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient work environment, ensuring smooth communication, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor management activities
Support office supply procurement and maintain inventory levels
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate effective communication across departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, vendor management, and basic budgeting
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior office experience including front desk responsibilities is highly desirable

Job Type: Casual
