Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Person

Join the prestigious University Club of Toronto, a distinguished private members’ club located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional reception and concierge services in an elegant and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional service to members and guests at all times
Manage overnight accommodations, dining reservations, and sports bookings efficiently
Process guest charges, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs accurately
Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
Demonstrate a professional and courteous telephone manner when handling calls and guest inquiries
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and club management software effectively
Assist with resetting and staging clubhouse spaces overnight
Collect and organize glasses, plates, and cutlery for the dish area
Refresh water stations, newspapers, and magazines throughout the club
Prepare and distribute daily summary reports to management
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the clubhouse to ensure cleanliness, organization, and security
Arm and disarm security alarm systems as required
Collaborate with team members while demonstrating the ability to work independently

Qualifications & Skills

Previous hospitality or customer service experience in an English-speaking environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Jonas Club Management software is considered an asset
Flexibility to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 operation
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule

Part-time or full-time availability
Overnight shifts
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday through Sunday availability required
