CGI Montréal is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure project success while meeting established timelines, budgets, and objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation, development, or systems improvement projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and action plans
- Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and facilitate governance meetings, project committees, and workshops
- Produce progress reports and performance metrics for clients and management
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support change management and stakeholder communication activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods, tools, and processes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience in an IT, digital, or consulting environment
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or traditional)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Leadership and teamwork mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Client-focused and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is considered an asset
- Experience managing digital transformation projects is considered an asset
- Knowledge of cloud, application, or data environments is considered an asset
- Good communication skills in both French and English

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 60 000$ et 115 000$. This position is a future opportunity.
