We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Dual Role: Host & Server Assistant to join our FOH team. This unique hybrid position plays a critical part in both the first impression and the overall guest experience, supporting the flow of service from the front door to the dining table.
As a Host, you’ll be the face of the restaurant — warmly welcoming guests and managing the rhythm of the dining room. As a Server Assistant, you'll work alongside our service team to deliver thoughtful, timely, and detail-oriented support throughout each guest’s visit.

Host Responsibilities:-
Create a positive and lasting guest experience with a warm, genuine greeting and farewell

Manage reservations and waitlists while optimizing flow and seating capacity

Escort guests to tables, engage in light conversation, and communicate special requests to FOH and BOH teams

Maintain accurate knowledge of floor plans, table numbers, and server sections

Assist with takeout and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction

Recognize and acknowledge repeat guests to foster loyalty and connection
Server Assistant Responsibilities:

Support servers by delivering food, clearing and resetting tables, and anticipating guest needs

Assist in describing dishes or menu items when necessary

Refill beverages, fold napkins, replenish mise en place, and maintain table cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless service flow

1–2+ years’ experience in a similar high-volume, guest-facing hospitality environment

A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multitask under pressure

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating guest and team needs

Physical stamina — ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
