OEC Group est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice), tarification et chaîne d’approvisionnement pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique à Montréal.
Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir nos équipes commerciales et opérationnelles en préparant des solutions de tarification compétitives et en assurant un service client de haut niveau.
Responsabilités principales :
- Analyser les demandes des clients et préparer les soumissions tarifaires (import/export et transport domestique)
- Fournir des informations sur les tarifs, le marché et les solutions logistiques
- Contribuer au développement des comptes clients et à l’amélioration des services [
- Répondre aux demandes liées à la tarification, au service et aux solutions logistiques
- Résoudre les écarts de facturation et de tarification et mettre en place des mesures préventives
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et processus
Profil recherché :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en transit international
- Expérience en transport aérien et maritime (import/export)
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et de la suite MS Office
- Connaissance des règlements douaniers (atout)
- Solides compétences en communication, négociation et service à la clientèle
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide et à gérer les priorités efficacement

As the Pricing & Supply Chain Coordinator (Exports), you will play a key role in supporting our export-focused commercial strategy by developing competitive pricing solutions for international logistics flows and contributing to the development and strengthening of our network of overseas suppliers and carriers.
Reporting to the National Pricing & Procurement Manager, you will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth execution of pricing strategies, strong supplier partnerships, and effective transitions for both new and existing business activities. This role offers excellent exposure to market dynamics, negotiations, and strategic decision-making in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and prepare accurate, competitive pricing quotations to support business growth
- Provide internal teams and customers with relevant market intelligence and pricing strategies to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services, and pricing strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and supplier partners, including by: evaluating logistics solutions and service offerings;
- -developing cost models and pricing structures;
- -participating in carrier rate negotiations;
- -preparing and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs);
- Proactively identify customer service or supplier performance issues and escalate them as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Recommend and improve internal tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost accuracy
- Participate in strategic discussions related to procurement, supplier selection, and service delivery
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective integration and transition of new and existing business
- Support capacity planning by collaborating with Customer Service, Key Accounts, and Business Intelligence teams to analyze volumes and forecasts
- Prepare reports and analyses related to volumes, forecasts, and contractual negotiations
- Contribute to supplier and contract management, including maintaining supplier data and supporting contract administration and amendments
- Perform any other related duties or special projects as assigned

Language Requirement

These communications are essential to the performance of export-related responsibilities and cannot be effectively conducted in French alone.
