Mark Anthony Brewing Canada Ltd. is hiring a Filler Operator to join our Surrey production team.
The Filler Operator is primarily responsible for filling containers with the required number of products before packaging and shipping. This role operates filling machines and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure product consistency, quality, and efficiency.
The Filler Operator is also responsible for supporting inventory and maintenance of filling process equipment. The successful candidate must work well under pressure, be highly accurate, and be committed to safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
This is a permanent full-time position that requires availability for all shifts. Overtime may be required based on operational needs. The Filler Operator reports to the Operations Manager.

Comply with all environmental regulations, including GMP and HACCP requirements.

Perform changeovers, minor adjustments, start-up, and shut down of equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while observing all PPE standards and precautions.

Perform CIP on machinery to ensure cleanliness and support the highest quality product.

Maintain high standards of QA, QC, and sanitation for both machines and products.

Assist QA in preparing filling batch record documentation to facilitate ease of review for auditing purposes.

Inspect date codes, weights, labels, and bottles before packaging.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust machines to ensure product specifications are met.

Support production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

Perform other duties as required.

Prior brewery, packaging, or filler experience is considered an asset.
