CNC Machinist (Mill Setup / Programmer) – Day & Night Shift

About the Role
We are a growing CNC shop running 30+ machines, 24/7, supporting API Q1 oil & gas work and expanding into aerospace.
We are hiring high-level apprentices and journeyman machinists who want more opportunity, responsibility, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Perform full setups (speed and accuracy matter)
- Run and optimize production jobs
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and processes
- Support operators and keep machines running efficiently
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong, efficient setup ability
- Ability to run jobs without constant supervision
- Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and process flow
- Some programming knowledge (G-code and/or Mazatrol)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
If you are slow on setups or need heavy supervision, this role is not a fit.
