Pinchin is seeking a Vice President to lead and oversee operations across Canada for the Construction Project Management group. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.
Construction Project Management is a strategic growth area for Pinchin, supporting clients with complex projects that require disciplined execution, strong risk management, and consistent national delivery. This role will strengthen Pinchin’s position in the construction sector by aligning regional teams, standardizing service expectations, deepening relationships with clients and partners, and establishing CPM as a core national revenue platform. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining national strategy, scaling consistent service delivery, building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and driving sustainable financial performance aligned with Pinchin’s long-term growth objectives.
- Own and execute Pinchin’s national Construction Project Management growth strategy across priority Canadian markets.
- Define target sectors, project profiles, service scope, pricing guidance, delivery standards, templates, and QA/QC expectations.
- Drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, master service agreements, and major project pursuits, acting as executive sponsor on key opportunities.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a national CPM leadership team, including regional CPM leaders and specialized technical talent.
- Maintain accountability for CPM financial and operational performance, including revenue, gross profit, backlog, pipeline, margin, WIP, utilization, and capacity.
- Represent Pinchin externally with clients, developers, contractors, industry associations, conferences, and strategic partners.
- Support internal change management to position CPM as a consistent, high-performing national service offering.
- Lead by example in accordance with Pinchin’s Core Values and desired culture.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Progressive senior leadership experience in construction project management, engineering consulting, environmental consulting, or a related professional services environment.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing national or multi-regional growth strategies.
- Proven ability to win complex, high-value projects and build executive-level relationships with national clients, developers, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including experience monitoring revenue, gross profit, margins, capacity, and performance indicators.
- Experience defining service delivery standards, operating models, QA/QC frameworks, project controls, and scalable business processes.
- Strong people leadership skills, including recruitment, leadership development, mentoring, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and client commitment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred; a relevant professional designation or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
This is a national leadership role with meaningful autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and full accountability for building, scaling, and leading Pinchin’s Construction Project Management platform across Canada.
