We work directly with farmers to deliver custom barn solutions, including gates and fencing, ventilation systems, manure handling equipment, and cow comfort products that make a real difference in day-to-day operations. Position Summary

Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity that comes with outstanding opportunities for success and growth for your future? Agmor is actively recruiting a motivated Agricultural Project Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing agricultural projects from planning through to completion. This includes coordinating schedules, procurement, logistics, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. If you are a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to the success of diverse agricultural projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to completion
Plan and execute projects and manage schedules in a timely manner
Site visits with salesperson to understand complexity and provide input regarding site constraints, labor needs, etc.
Manage project details for accuracy
Communicate with the estimating & drafting team as required for project success
Ensure timely and complete delivery of parts, equipment and materials
Do inspections after work has been completed and final inspection with client to verify satisfaction
Submit completion reports, photos and budget reviews (if applicable)
Accurately measure, verify material and identification as per assembly drawing requirements
Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, procedures & practices
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and client expectations
Delegate and supervise tasks carried out by the project coordinator and field teams
Coordinate timelines, resources, suppliers, and subcontractors
Maintain communication with clients throughout project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
Track budgets, costs, and profitability of each project
Ensure quality standards, safety, and compliance with regulations
Prepare reports for management on project status and performance
Help improve operational efficiency in installations and logistics

Requirements/Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience (Agriculture & Dairy)
Strong knowledge of livestock facility systems and farm infrastructure
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
PMP or equivalent certification is an asset

Health & Safety Responsibilities

Active participation in company safety program
Follow safety protocol including wearing of required PPE and understanding and application of safety policies, procedures and practices

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $32 - $38 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role.
