Zack's Fast Auto Approvals is expanding and looking for an experienced Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing dealership.
This is an opportunity for an established finance professional who already has experience working with subprime lenders and can generate their own business. We provide access to our dealership infrastructure, lender network, office space, branding, and social media exposure.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of subprime automotive finance experience
- Strong understanding of lender programs and underwriting guidelines
- Existing lead sources and ability to generate your own business
- Proven track record in automotive finance
- Comfortable being featured in dealership social media content, videos, and marketing campaigns
- Must agree to be filmed for social media and marketing purposes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- OMVIC experience considered an asset
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience filming and editing short-form social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Comfortable being on camera and helping build a personal brand
- Existing social media presence or audience
- Speak at least one language in addition to English

Ideal Candidate
We are not looking for someone who requires extensive training. We are seeking a motivated and experienced finance professional who already understands the subprime market, can work independently, and is capable of bringing in and closing their own deals.
The ideal candidate already has industry relationships, understands lender guidelines, can generate their own opportunities, and wants to build a personal brand alongside a growing dealership.
