This is not a typical retail management role. We are looking for future leaders who want more than just a job. Individuals motivated to lead people, run a strong operation, and potentially build toward future store ownership.
This role is part of Kin’s Farm Market’s Partner Pathway Program — a structured leadership development journey designed to identify and develop high-performing operators for long-term growth opportunities within the organization.
Your first year is focused on learning the business from the ground up, developing leadership capability, and demonstrating operational excellence.
Learn Kin’s systems, operational standards, and customer experience expectations
Develop foundational leadership skills
Support daily store execution, merchandising, freshness, and inventory standards
Take on increased operational responsibility
Learn scheduling, labour management, ordering, and inventory control
Support hiring, coaching, and team development
Develop financial and commercial understanding of store operations
Successful candidates may be assigned as a Store-In-Charge (SIC) and enter Year 1 of the Partner Pathway Program, taking accountability for store performance, leadership, operations, and team development with the opportunity to invest in the business.
The Partner Pathway Program is designed for individuals who consistently demonstrate:

Entry into the program is performance-based and by leadership invitation only. The program is intended to create a pathway toward potential future ownership opportunities for exceptional operators committed to growing with the business long term.
2–5 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work in the business
Strong work ethic and accountability mindset
Desire for long-term career growth and leadership development
