We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee Modine Heating product sales in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the HVAC industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth of engineered solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a network of independent sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including specifying engineers, architects, and mechanical contractors. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth for Modine's heating products.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives within the region.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Technical Expertise & Support

Serve as the technical expert for Modine's heating products in the region.

Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, representatives, and customers.

Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer needs.

Market Analysis

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform and adapt sales strategy.

Contract & Deal Management

Oversee contract negotiations, pricing approvals, and deal structuring within the region.

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Based in Canada, proficiency speaking French and English is required.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles. Proven ability to sell technical products and solutions.

Proven success managing sales teams and achieving regional revenue targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and team performance.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Experience in managing independent sales representatives, and key customer accounts.

Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
