Customer Success Representative
Tired of the 24/7 on-call stress — but still want to put your property management experience to good use? We’ve got just the role for you.
We're hiring for a Customer Success role on an initial one-year contract basis — and for the right person, we see this as the beginning of a long-term career with us, with a clear path toward full-time permanent employment.
Who We Are
At CondoVoter, we help communities govern smarter. As Canada’s leading provider of secure, compliant, and efficient online voting and virtual meeting solutions, we empower thousands of homeowners, board members, and property managers to make informed, timely decisions.
Headquartered in Toronto and serving clients across North America, we’re trusted by condominiums, HOAs, and community associations to simplify governance, support compliance, and keep owners engaged.
We understand the pressure property managers face. That’s why we offer a new way forward—one that values your expertise, gives you flexibility, and lets you contribute meaningfully, without the late-night maintenance calls.
Our culture is built on:

- Integrity Always: We do what’s right, even when it’s hard.
- Accountability: We take ownership and follow through.
- Collaboration: We lift each other up and win as a team.
