Job Description
Miliano Medical Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced, licensed, and passionate Nurse Injector to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide safe, effective, and personalized injectable and regenerative treatments — including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy — to our valued clientele. You will work with a high degree of clinical autonomy while upholding Miliano’s standards of excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox and dermal fillers
- Administer Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, including skin rejuvenation (PRP facial/vampire facial), hair restoration, and combination PRP injection therapies
- Conduct blood draws and oversee the centrifugation and preparation of PRP for treatment
- Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to assess patient goals, medical history, and candidacy
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s facial anatomy and aesthetic objectives
- Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, and pre- and post-care instructions — including PRP treatment protocols
- Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and clinic standards
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and experience
- Manage and report any adverse events or complications promptly and appropriately
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge — including advances in PRP and regenerative aesthetics
Qualification Required:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Experience performing or assisting with PRP procedures
- Proficiency in venipuncture and blood draw techniques
- Strong working knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Excellent patient communication and consultation skills
- High attention to detail and a strong aesthetic eye
Preferred:
- Certification in aesthetic injectables through an accredited training program in Canada
- Formal training or certification in PRP therapy
- Experience with combination treatments (PRP + microneedling, PRP + fillers, chemical peels, skincare)
- Experience building and retaining a loyal patient base
