What You’ll Do
- Accurately dispense and review prescriptions
- Offer patient counseling, medication reviews, and clinical services
- Work alongside physicians and the healthcare team
- Adhere to College of Pharmacists of British Columbia regulations
What You Bring
- Current license (or eligibility) with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Strong clinical expertise and excellent patient interaction skills
- Familiarity with retail pharmacy software (preferred)
- A true passion for community-focused patient care
Compensation & Perks – $65/hr + $30K Signing Bonus
- $65.00/hour – competitive rate for BC retail pharmacy
- $30,000 signing bonus – part of your total compensation
- Retention bonuses – extra long-term incentives
- RSP – 4% of base annual salary contributed to a group RSP
- Short-term incentive plan – variable annual bonus for pharmacists
- Total PTO of 4 weeks: 2 weeks vacation, 1 additional week off, plus 4 personal days
