We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who can craft client-focused narratives to support DIALOG’s distinctiveness in the competitive world of proposals. In this role you'll be part of a cohesive marketing team that collaborates with all levels within the company. This position is a 1-year contract with the opportunity to expand into a permanent position.
- Conduct opportunity searches and support tracking in CRM platform
- Work with small and large teams, including internal partners and external sub-consultants, to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals, while maintaining a high standard and driving accountability.
- Write engaging non-technical portions of the proposal and ensure writing communicates the DIALOG Why. Engage with project team members to ensure content is cohesive and highlights our unique value propositions.
- Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual layout and written narrative.
- Create, and update marketing content, project descriptions, resumes, photography
- Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, award submissions)
- A strategic thinker who realizes ideas.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
- Confident and poised with strong interpersonal skills, able to deliver in a high-performance environment with multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines. Including working closely with senior leaders.
- A creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design and layout.
- Passionate about architecture, city building and/or design.
- University degree or equivalent diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience in proposal writing, or other written editorial disciplines.
- Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
