Deloitte is seeking an Enterprise Change Execution Consultant to join our team on 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support the execution of enterprise scale change initiatives by coordinating activities across workstreams, supporting go live and hypercare phases, and providing data driven insights to enable successful adoption.
Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.

Support enterprise change management execution activities across multiple delivery streams

Coordinate cross pillar change activities, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operations

Support go live and hypercare phases, helping stabilize operations and address change related issues

Track and monitor change execution progress, risks, and dependencies

Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop clear, succinct insights and recommendations

Support leadership and delivery teams with execution focused change insights

Contribute to change governance, coordination, and execution reporting activities

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives

Experience coordinating change activities across multiple workstreams or pillars

Experience supporting go live and hypercare execution activities
-
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize data into succinct, actionable recommendations

Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, execution focused environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

Experience supporting transformation initiatives in public sector or regulated environments

Familiarity with structured change management frameworks

Experience supporting large, complex, multi workstream programs

Prior experience working in security cleared environments
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
