Full job description

Tai-Solutions Ltd. is a professional glass railing solution company located in Metro Vancouver. We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Front Desk Customer Service & Office Coordinator for our Delta facility to join our team immediately.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone who excels in communication, organization, and basic office administration.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (8-hour shift). Weekend shifts may become available as required.

Essential Responsibilities:

Customer Relations: Meet and greet walk-in customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide product information.
Sales & Cash Handling: Assist customers with order processing, product sales, and handling payments (cash, card, or invoice processing).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in accordance with company procedure.
Order Tracking: Ensure accurate order entries, complying with times and deadlines.
Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks daily to ensure smoothness of operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Language: Must be fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluent in both verbal and written communication).
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard office software.
AutoCAD: Experience with AutoCAD is highly preferred.
QuickBooks: Experience with QuickBooks online/desktop is highly preferred.
Skills: We are looking for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A minimum of secondary school graduation is preferred.

Salary: Starting from $22.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

3. Do you have experience using QuickBooks? (Preferred)
