Job Description
We’re searching for a GTM Technology Product Manager to own and optimize Sage’s global go-to-market tech stack—with a strong focus on Clari—ensuring our sales teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to perform at their best.
In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end product management of our GTM platforms, enabling more accurate forecasting, stronger pipeline visibility, and faster revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, IT, and Marketing to streamline systems, improve data integrity, and unlock greater value from our sales technology ecosystem.
This is a highly cross-functional, impact-driven role that requires a blend of commercial acumen, deep understanding of sales processes, and technical expertise. You’ll translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that directly enhance sales effectiveness on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize the current sales technology ecosystem, with a focus on Clari and core GTM platforms, to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales efficiency
Identify, assess, and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and support scalable revenue growth
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology with forecasting and pipeline objectives
Lead implementation, configuration, and integration of sales tools, ensuring seamless workflows and strong data integrity across systems
Drive adoption and utilization by demonstrating the value of tools in improving forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue insights
Analyze sales performance data and platform analytics to continuously optimize the tech stack and improve decision-making
Act as the subject matter expert on GTM technology, advising stakeholders on best practices and strategic enhancements
Manage relationships with technology vendors, leveraging new capabilities to strengthen sales execution
Stay current on emerging trends in sales technology, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance GTM effectiveness
Requirements
4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment strongly preferred
Proven experience with sales technology and system integrations
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is: 113,000 to 150,000k.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
