In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving our company's strategic evolution toward a recurring revenue model, directly influencing long-term customer value and shaping the future of how global clients maximize ROI from our complex technology ecosystem.
Key Exciting Responsibilities

Execute core sales activities, including selling software renewals and warranties, to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.

Proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services that align with their business goals.

Serve as the primary global customer advocate, building high-level relationships with stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and life-long loyalty.

Educate and support a global network of OEMs and Resellers on new subscription programs and service offerings.

Analyze account-specific statistics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to maximize potential ARR and mitigate churn risks.
Essential Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a technical or SaaS environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Sciences, or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive sales strategy and retention efforts.

Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex professional relationships.

A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing global team environment.
