Nous recherchons un opérateur CNC qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe de fabrication. Le candidat idéal sera responsable d’opérer des machines de production tout en suivant les directives des superviseurs et en maintenant un rendement constant. Ce poste exige une bonne aptitude mécanique, capacité à effectuer des ajustements mineurs (offsets), à lire les programmes et la capacité d’interpréter des plans et des dessins techniques. L’opérateur CNC joue un rôle clé dans la production de composants de précision de haute qualité tout en respectant les normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Responsabilités :

Saisir les données appropriées pour les entrées et sorties dans E2
Suivre les directives du monteur-régleur et du programmeur
Assurer un rendement maximal des machines
Changer les pièces de production selon les temps de cycle sur une ou plusieurs machines
Comprendre les méthodes de mesure
Examiner les outils de coupe et les plaquettes, les remplacer si nécessaire et consigner les informations
Surveiller le fonctionnement des machines afin de détecter les anomalies et effectuer les ajustements requis
Vérifier la conformité des pièces finies à l’aide d’instruments de mesure
Remplir correctement les documents requis (OIS et TWT)
S’assurer que toute la documentation accompagne les pièces
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
Aider le setup man dans des tâches simples
Assurer l’entretien adéquat de la zone de travail

Expérience :

Minimum d’un an d’expérience en usinage CNC
La connaissance du contrôle Mazatrol est un atout
Expérience avec les instruments de mesure de précision
Capacité à lire des plans et interpréter les tolérances géométriques
Connaissance des outils de coupe, des plaquettes et des accessoires

Horaire de travail : Du lundi au jeudi, de 6h à 15h; le vendredi, de 6h à 12h (midi).

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to operate production machines while following guidance from supervisors and maintaining consistent output. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in CNC programming, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The CNC Operator will play a vital part in producing high-quality precision components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties:

Enter appropriate data to log in and out in E2
Take direction from immediate setup man and programmer
Ensure maximum output of machines operated
Change production parts on one or multiple machines based on cycle times
Understand measuring methods
Understand, examine cutting tools and inserts, change if necessary and record on tool life sheet
Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required
Verify conformance of finished work-piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools provided by the setup man
Properly record data on the OIS (operator inspection sheet) and TWT (tool wear tracking)
Ensure that all paperwork is following the parts
Clean, organize all working environment
Aid setup man with simple tasks
Properly maintain work area

Experience

Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
Mazatrol control knowledge is an asset
Experience with precision measuring instruments
Ability to read blueprints and interpret geometric tolerances
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining accessories

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon).
