Full job description

About the Role

We're a growing multidisciplinary team delivering individualized ABA services to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. We're looking for a clinically confident, solutions-oriented RBA/BCBA to join us on a freelance/contract basis, with caseload openings available on weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and support ABA therapists and interventionists
Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust client programming
Deliver parent coaching to support generalization across home and community settings
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with CPBAO standards and privacy legislation

What We're Looking For

BCBA certification/RBA registration with CPBAO in good standing
Registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) as a qualified provider
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with children/youth with ASD or related developmental needs
Proficiency with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and/or EFL assessment tools
Experience conducting Functional Analyses and Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA
