Position Overview - but are not limited to:

- Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.

- Responsible for the day-to-day preparation of menu items in accordance with all Vic’s standards.

- Responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety

- Consistent and organized.

- Cook, prep and close the line until 2:30AM a couple times a week, and do whatever it takes to ensure the kitchen runs like a (very clean) well-oiled machine.

- Responsible for Opening and closing duties depending on shifts.

- Keep up to date on Vic’s specials, practices and communication with managers.

- Responsible for ensuring every item served are to Vic's brand standards of quality and specification.

- Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!
