Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Representative to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with experience in graphic design, print production, and customer service, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced print and workshop environment.

Duties

Develop compelling visual content for print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics
Create professional designs using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with design inquiries, project updates, and order processing
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain organized files of all design assets and project documentation
Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork for production (digital printing, signage, and workshop jobs)

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and digital artwork
1–2 years of experience in graphic design / print design / visual design
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships and meet customer requirements effectively. Fluent in English speaking, writing, and reading proficiency.
Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design is required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced print/workshop environment
High attention to detail, creativity, and accuracy

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
