We work closely with an extensive network of retailers, dealers, and industry partners to provide innovative nutrition solutions and exceptional customer support.
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to help grow our brands, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and analytics. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing our online presence, and supporting sales growth across multiple product categories.
The successful candidate will regularly attend customer events, trade shows, equine competitions, agricultural events, dealer meetings, and industry functions to capture content, build relationships, and showcase the people and products that make our industry unique.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Sales Development
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize website content to improve customer experience and search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and dealer marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Capture photography and video content at customer locations, dealer events, trade shows, and agricultural industry functions.
- Develop compelling stories that highlight customers, products, brands, and industry partnerships.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to develop content and promotional campaigns.
Graphic Design & Brand Management
- Design digital and print marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, presentations, signage, and promotional assets.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Assist in developing creative campaigns that support wholesale sales objectives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with photography, videography, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, equine, pet, or animal nutrition industries is considered a strong asset.
Technical Skills
Experience with the following must be demonstrated:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or
- WordPress or other website content management systems
