Full job description

Stonefield Systems Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Stonefield Systems Group is the premier provider of Sage 300cloud solutions in Saskatchewan. A Certified Sage Business Partner with over 35 years of experience, we deliver Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM, Sage HRMS, Sage People, Sage Time and Attendance, and True Sky Budgeting and Planning solutions to small and mid-sized organisations throughout Saskatchewan.

This is a permanent, full-time, in-person position at our head office at 1010 Winnipeg Street, Regina, Saskatchewan.

Main Duties:

Assess the characteristics of Stonefield's Sage 300cloud and related business management software products to determine digital marketing and advertising requirements aligned with business objectives
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, and email marketing platforms to promote Stonefield's product and service portfolio
Advise internal teams on marketing, advertising, and lead generation strategies to improve campaign performance and support new client acquisition across Saskatchewan and Western Canada
Manage post-campaign analysis by tracking KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager; prepare performance reports for senior management
Develop and maintain digital and social media platforms including LinkedIn, email marketing systems (HubSpot), and the company website (stonefield.com)
Develop, implement, and evaluate digital communication strategies including webinars, email automation campaigns, and online events to support brand awareness and client retention
Conduct market research, customer behaviour analysis, and A/B testing to identify trends and optimize marketing performance
Prepare and oversee development of marketing content including website copy, newsletters, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials
Coordinate and organise in-person marketing events across Saskatchewan including BAASS Connect conferences, client training events, and promotional campaigns
Assist in preparation of landing pages, email newsletters, digital content, and campaign assets to support branding and communication strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of senior-level B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the technology or software sector
Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation
Experience marketing enterprise software, ERP, or accounting software products is a strong asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in-person at our Regina office on all working days
