What is the opportunity?
Join CNB’s SEAS (Shared Enterprise Application Services) team as a Scrum Master.
Joining our team means becoming a critical enabler of seamless, secure, and scalable enterprise integration. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the backbone of our B2B communication infrastructure, ensuring reliable data exchange with global trading partners while driving innovation in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment.
What will you do?

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure alignment with team goals and continuous improvement.

Remove Blockers: Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

Foster Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Seeburger Platform team, trading partners, and cross-functional teams (e.g., security, networking) to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.

Promote Process Improvement: Guide the team in refining Agile practices, leveraging automation opportunities (e.g., scripting, CI/CD pipelines) and optimizing documentation (runbooks, SOPs) for scalability.

Support Technical Initiatives: Partner with the team to prioritize backlog items, such as platform upgrades, security compliance tasks, and performance tuning, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Mentor and Empower: Coach team members on Agile principles, encourage self-organization, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation in a 24/7 operational environment.

Ensure Transparency: Maintain clear communication channels, track metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, uptime SLAs), and report progress to stakeholders while safeguarding the team from external distractions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in one or more agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, TDD, CI) for software development and how they can be applied in a product development / program delivery environment

Minimum 4 year of experience as a Scrum Master
-
Minimum 2 years proficiency with Jira or other Agile Management tools
-
Experience in project delivery with agile teams
-
Experience with agile practices including scrum/Kanban, agile ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, team demos)
-
Experience working with vendors that provide resources using various models (staff augmentation, fixed price contracts)
-
Experience delivering small to medium complex projects with agile teams
-
Clear understanding of the various activities within a delivery project
-
Experience scheduling activities across all delivery teams to deliver a common capability
-
Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally to articulate, measure and solve issues
Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of Scaled Agile practices
-
Knowledge of collaboration tools – JIRA and Confluence
-
Experience with Clarity, Planview and/or RBC MIS (Management Information System)

Basic financial experience
