Responsibilities

Operate and monitor specialized microelectronic assembly and testing equipment.

Assemble, inspect, test, debug, and modify microelectronic components according to specifications.

Use microscopes and electrical testing tools to identify and analyze defects.

Perform detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and results.

Follow product specifications, schematics, and mechanical drawings to complete assignments.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Support internal process development and customer requirements using various lab equipment.

Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards at all times.

Work with tools and equipment including bonding systems, microscopes, ovens, and dispensing systems.

Collaborate with team members and provide updates on work progress and findings.
Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments is an asset.

Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work with microscopes and identify small defects or inconsistencies.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to follow detailed procedures and technical documentation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.

Comfortable performing repetitive and precision-based tasks.
Working Conditions

Cleanroom manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and production equipment.

Required to wear full cleanroom attire including mask, gloves, safety glasses, coveralls, and ESD footwear.

Work involves extended periods of sitting, standing, and sustained visual focus.

Primary morning shift with flexibility required for overtime.
