Dental Treatment Coordinator / Administrator
Would you like to be part of a terrific team in a growing dental practice? We're looking for an EXPERIENCED dental treatment coordinator / dental administrator to join us. We are a state-of-the-art, family friendly dental clinic with a focus on surgical, cosmetic, and dental implant procedures. We currently have a small team including two associate dentists, three owner/operator dentists, three hygienists, and two dental assistants. Perhaps you can help take our growing clinic to the next level!
Markham Smile Centre is part of a successful group of practices, featuring four other GTA locations. We're able to offer you valuable training experiences and mentorships, via our excellent team members in other locations.
We offer many services in one location, including All on Four Dental Implants, implant supported dentures, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, as well as general and preventive dentistry. We also offer several sedation options in our Markham location, including IV sedation, NO2, and oral sedation. Familiarity with implant and surgical / sedation procedures would be helpful, but we will provide additional training where needed.
Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and experience, and welcome the chance to work in a dynamic environment. We are a busy, paperless clinic with a focus on technology and five star customer service. Dental Treatment Coordinating experience is necessary and experience and knowledge of Dentrix is ideal. We also use patient management systems such as Recall Max to communicate with our patients (willing to train, but some tech savvy would be very helpful.)
We offer virtual consultations and a concierge patient experience at every visit.
Scheduled days would be Monday-Friday and possibly one Saturday each month. We are looking for someone who has some evening availability as well as during the day.
This position includes providing virtual consultations and following up with treatment plans and estimates as well as assisting with the front office duties as needed. We are looking for someone to work in our Markham location, but assist with some treatment coordinating and virtual consultations for our Maple and Pickering locations. There may be an opportunity to travel between these clinics as well.
