Position Summary
911 Restoration is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative to expand our Regional and National Accounts presence throughout Canada. This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing, and onboarding new business opportunities that generate revenue through the sale of 911 Restoration's services and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restoration, facility services, or a related industry and possess strong relationships within the insurance and property management sectors. This position requires a highly motivated sales professional who excels at cold calling, business development, relationship building, and strategic account growth.
Key Objectives
The Sales Development Representative will focus on:
- Developing new Regional and National Account opportunities throughout Canada.
- Prospecting and generating new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with insurance carriers, insurance brokers, insurance agents, adjusters, property management firms, facility management companies, and other key decision-makers.
- Managing a pipeline of targeted verticals and strategic accounts.
- Conducting virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
- Completing onboarding packages and coordinating account implementation.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Representing 911 Restoration at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions.
- Collaborating with franchise owners and the National Accounts team to support account growth and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new Regional and National Account opportunities.
- Execute high-volume prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and communications within HubSpot CRM.
- Manage and advance sales opportunities through the pipeline to successful onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a travel schedule at least one week in advance.
- Complete follow-up activities from onsite visits and proactively plan future business development efforts.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in the restoration industry or a similar service-based vertical.
- Proven experience developing and managing business relationships within:
- Insurance Carriers
- Insurance Brokers
- Insurance Agents
- Independent and Staff Adjusters
- Property Management Companies
- Facility Management Organizations
- Strong experience with cold calling, prospecting, and new account acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to travel throughout Canada approximately two weeks per month.
Preferred
- Existing book of business and established industry relationships within Canada.
- Experience selling restoration, emergency services, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, security, or related services.
- Experience working with Regional or National Accounts.
- Understanding of property insurance claims and restoration processes.
