Pay: CA$23.00 - CA$25.00 per hour

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is now hiring drivers (non-CDL) / laborers! Our core purpose is to Move People Forward® and that includes our hardworking team members! Full-time employees work 8-10 hours per day on average, and workdays may vary based on business needs.

Who We’re Looking For

Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking
Stamina – you won’t find a workout like this anywhere else!
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse is helpful but not required!

What You’ll Do

Drivers safely operate moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers
Provide positive energy and top-notch service
Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!
Safely move/pack/unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing all of the proper moving equipment and techniques, and following the necessary prescribed policies.
Constantly look for things you can do for each customer that will enable us to fulfill our mission statement..
Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Actively participating in meetings and making suggestions for ways to improve our procedures and customer service as well as market our services.
Ensure compliance with the policies laid out in the employee handbook and/or presented by management.
Participate in ongoing training and development through STICK MEN UNIVERSITY®.
Must be in a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® uniform at all times without exception.
Maintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK by ensuring proper hygiene.
All other duties as assigned by franchisee, move manager, office manager and/or general manager.
