iGuard360 Security is currently seeking an experienced and dependable On-Call Mobile Patrol Supervisor to provide field leadership and operational support across our residential and commercial portfolios. This role is ideal for security professionals looking for flexible, on-call opportunities while gaining valuable leadership experience within a growing organization. As an extension of our Operations Team, you will respond to critical incidents, conduct site inspections, mentor frontline employees, and ensure our clients continue to receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to urgent operational requests and critical incidents
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance visits
Provide field leadership and support to Security Guards and Site Supervisors
Coach and mentor staff on company policies, post orders, and procedures
Coordinate with emergency services during fire, medical, criminal, and other emergency situations
Investigate incidents and complete detailed occurrence reports
Ensure compliance with uniform standards and site-specific requirements
Work closely with the Operations Centre to support service delivery and response times
Assist with emergency shift coverage when operationally required
Maintain professionalism while representing iGuard360 and our clients

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of security industry experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Proficiency with electronic reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications
Previous mobile patrol or field supervisory experience is considered an asset
Use of Force and Tactical Communication certification is considered an asset

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
Clean Driver's Abstract
Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirements)
Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis
Reliable transportation to report to designated vehicle pick-up locations, if required

Schedule:

On-call
Evening shifts
Overnight shifts
Weekends as needed
Holidays as needed
12-hour shifts may be required

Experience:

Security: 3 years (required)
Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Must be 25 years of age or older (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
Ontario G Driver's Licence (required)
Clean Driver's Abstract/Record (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
