Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our control systems and components. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the high standards our customers expect from Tulsar Controls.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize measurement tools such as calipers to perform precise quality assessments.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection data and recommending process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality procedures at all times.
Assist in audits and participate in quality management system reviews.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and tools.
Proficiency with measurement instruments such as calipers.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
Familiarity with industry standards related to water and wastewater control systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance inspection.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience using measurement and inspection tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Familiarity with quality systems, standards, or continuous improvement practices (eg ISO 9001
