What Will You Do?

Install, repair, and maintain various types of exterior cladding materials, including metal panels, fiber cement and composite systems on high-rise buildings.

Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and installation instructions to ensure precise execution of cladding systems.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and industry standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper use of boom lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, harnesses, and other fall protection equipment.

Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues with cladding systems.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Communicate with Production manager and Project managers for site input and final measuring and progress reporting.

Document work progress and report any challenges or incidents to supervisors promptly.
What You Bring:

Proven experience working with exterior cladding systems on high-rise buildings.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Strong knowledge of installation techniques for various cladding materials.

Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for working at heights.

Understand the requirements and limitations of various types of access equipment.

Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in challenging conditions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant certifications (Swing stage operators, scaffold safety, rigging) preferred.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000
