This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in keeping a business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership to support financial administration, purchasing, recruitment, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day office operations.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be coordinating material purchases, the next reviewing invoices, supporting a hiring campaign, or helping launch a new marketing initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a central point of coordination for administrative activities across the company, ensuring information, documentation, and processes remain organized and up to date.
This includes:
· Managing business records and documentation
· Coordinating office activities and communications
· Supporting health and safety administration
· Organizing company events and gatherings
· Building strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members
Support Financial Processes
Help maintain the administrative systems that keep the business financially organized and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
· Creating and distributing customer invoices
· Recording incoming payments and maintaining customer account records
· Following up on outstanding receivables
· Processing supplier invoices and payment requests
· Reconciling credit card transactions and supporting month-end procedures
· Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
Coordinate Purchasing and Materials
Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed.
Responsibilities include:
· Obtaining pricing and sourcing materials
· Arranging purchases and deliveries
· Monitoring inventory requirements
· Maintaining supplier information and purchasing records
Support Recruitment and Employee Administration
Help attract and onboard great people while supporting administrative HR functions.
Responsibilities include:
· Preparing and managing job advertisements
· Communicating with applicants throughout the hiring process
· Coordinating and participating in interviews
· Assisting with payroll
Contribute to Marketing and Business Growth
Support the execution of marketing initiatives that help strengthen the company’s presence and generate opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
· Coordinating projects with marketing agencies and creative partners
· Assisting with website, advertising, and promotional initiatives
· Supporting ad campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta
· Helping organize marketing assets and project information

Qualifications Required:
· Experience in administration, bookkeeping, operations support, or a similar role
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask with minimal need for supervision
Considered an Asset
· Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
· Recruitment or HR administration experience
· Purchasing or inventory coordination experience
· Marketing coordination experience
· Experience with databases or other business management systems
· Experience working within manufacturing businesses

Pay: $35.00-$89,139.85 per hour
