GNB Doors is expanding into Regina, Saskatchewan, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Overhead Door Technician who wants more than just another service truck job.

Duties
- Diagnose and repair commercial overhead doors
- Service dock levelers and vehicle restraints
- Troubleshoot commercial operators and controls
- Repair high-speed and rolling steel doors
- Perform emergency service calls
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections
Installation
- Install overhead doors and operators
- Install dock equipment
- Install high-speed doors
- Commission and test equipment
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications
Leadership
- Lead projects and service work in the field
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Maintain GNB quality and safety standards
- Assist with planning and scheduling
- Help build the Regina market
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Identify opportunities for repairs and upgrades
- Represent GNB Doors professionally at all times
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years experience with commercial overhead doors and dock equipment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with service and installation work
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- Experience with high-speed doors
- Experience with rolling steel doors
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
