Summary

Join our team as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator at our clinic. In this role, you will be vital in managing patient treatments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations to support our mission of delivering top-quality dental care.
Responsibilities

Manage patient treatment plans and coordinate appointments effectively.
Utilize AbelDent software to maintain accurate patient records.
Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and patient communication.
Support the dental team with medical record management and documentation.
Supervise office staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards and electronic medical records protocols.
Contribute to a positive patient experience through professional communication.
Collaborate with the team to improve office procedures and patient care processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience with AbelDent or similar dental practice management software.
Strong understanding of dental office procedures.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in a supervisory or administrative role within a dental or medical setting.
Knowledge of electronic dental records systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in human resources is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $180.00-$200.00 per day
