The Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic is a progressive, team-oriented feline-exclusive practice dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care to cats and their families since 2008. We are currently looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment, enjoys client communication, and wants to be part of a compassionate, supportive hospital focused exclusively on feline medicine.

What You’ll Do

Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Provide client support and solutions in accordance with hospital policies
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and client records
-
Communicate client needs and concerns to veterinarians and support staff
-
Accurately dispense medications as directed by veterinarians
-
Assist technicians and veterinarians with patient restraint when needed
-
Support daily front desk operations and help maintain efficient hospital workflow
-
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients
