We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and
requirements are met.

In this role, you will
- Lead the execution, procurement, monitoring and closure of projects on time and on budget
- Assist in purchasing and oversee the process to have products sourced from multiple vendors,
- according to customer specifications and project requirements
- Lead communication with customers during the project execution
- Monitor fabrication progress at various vendors and location at the same time with schedules and assist customers with final inspections
- Facilitate meetings and provide detailed project reports to customers
- Support Sales Team for cost estimation of capital projects
- Assess suppliers for materials, and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g. ASME, API, AWD, ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Act as a bridge between engineering, production, and quality assurance teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and other parties within the influence of the company’s activities
- Assisting with logistics of the projects and improvements of supply chain and transportation routes
- Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
What we’re looking for
- Technical expertise in pipe spool fabrication, skid assemblies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel internationally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience reading and interpreting design, engineering and construction drawings including welding expertise and code compliance is considered an asset
- Fluent in English, German is considered an asset
