Youth Employment Opportunity!!
Paid Training | Paid Work Experience | Career Exploration
Northumberland County, Ontario
Not Sure What Career Path Is Right for You?
That's okay.
Many young adults have valuable life experiences, education, volunteer work, hobbies, and skills—but aren't sure how those experiences connect to a meaningful career.
This Youth Employment Opportunity is different from traditional training programs. Rather than placing everyone into the same career path, we work with you to build a personalized employment journey.
Whether you're interested in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, customer service, skilled trades, administration, community services, or something else entirely, we'll help you explore opportunities and develop a plan that's unique to you.
What Makes This Program Different?
Your Career Path is Personalized
There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Our Career Coaches work one-on-one with participants to identify the best path forward by assessing your past experiences and skills and today's labour market opportunities.
Together, we'll help you discover a career pathway that builds on what you already bring to the table.
