The Productivity Coach program is designed to help both brand-new and seasoned real estate agents find their focus and develop accountability strategies that can ultimately be implemented by Market Center agents. As a Productivity Coach, you will be responsible for coaching our real estate agents to maximize their productivity, efficiency, and overall success. You will play a crucial role in helping our agents set and achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and develop the necessary skills to excel in their real estate careers.

Responsibilities
- Attract new real estate agent talent to the productivity coaching program.
- Become an expert on KW Technology
- Engage in KW Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
- Conduct Group and weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents to assess their individual needs, goals, and challenges.
- Create a monthly Productivity Calendar outlining availability, classes, and topics.
- Onboard new agents with a step-by-step guide to kickstart their businesses.
- Create personalized development plans for each agent, focusing on areas such as lead generation, time management, client service, negotiation skills, and overall productivity.
- Provide guidance, support, and accountability to agents to help them implement strategies and achieve their goals.
- Assist agents in developing effective business plans and marketing strategies to generate leads and build a strong client base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure agents are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
- Monitor and track agents' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
- Collaborate with other coaches, team leaders, and management to develop and implement training programs.
- Motivate agents with mindset training, goal setting, and business planning.

Pay: $30,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
