Full job description

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Electronic Assembler , a trusted manufacturer and distributer of industry leading products in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical sub-assemblies, and read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders. This role requires a minimum of 2-years' Assembly, Machine Operator and/or Manufacturing Experience. If this sounds like you apply now!

Pay rate: $ 20.00/hour
Location: North York, ON
Shifts: Monday to Thursday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire electrical sub-assemblies
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders
Pack finished products for shipment
Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment
Responsible for meeting deadlines
Clean, maintain and organize work and desk area
Maintain stock/inventory levels
Troubleshoot electrical assemblies
Perform related duties as needed by supervision

Requirements:

Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Regularly required to use hand tools, air tools, electrical tools

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or related experience
Minimum 2-year Assembly, Machine Operator and/or Manufacturing Experience
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Attention to detail
Maintain a clean & safe environment
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics and technical data sheets
Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
