Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our customer-facing web applications, while also playing a key role in building internal tools and automated workflows that help our team operate more efficiently.
This is a hands-on role where your work will touch everything from front-end React and Next.js applications to back-end PHP systems, CRM integrations, API implementation, reporting tools, and AI-assisted automation. You'll work directly with leadership and the operations team, so your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy web applications using React, Next.js, and PHP
- Build and maintain a Next.js application for our customer-facing platform
- Design and develop internal tools including accounting and reporting systems integrated with our CRM
- Build and optimize automated workflows, including AI-assisted processes using tools like Claude
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
- Collaborate closely with the operations and customer service team to identify and solve workflow bottlenecks
- Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies relevant to our stack
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with PHP and React
- Strong proficiency in PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Solid experience with both SQL (MySQL) and document-based databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version Control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js for building modern React applications
- Experience with PHP and Drupal CMS
- Knowledge of database design and management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS
- Knowledge and experience with Linux and Docker
- Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and building AI-assisted workflows
Compensation/Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance bonuses
