This is a one year temporary position.
The position holder coordinates and rigorously monitors every step of the product production process to ensure the quality and on-time delivery of our exclusive collections. This essential role requires sharp organizational skills, proactive management of priorities and fluid communication with different teams and suppliers. With meticulous attention to detail and an ability to react to the unexpected, the Fashion Import production coordinator contributes directly to the success of each collection.
Responsabilities :
- Follow the production schedule according to orders, deadlines and priorities.
- Keep our Product Development Management (PLM) system up to date.
- Coordinate all production stages from order placement.
- Work closely with product development teams (Designers and Supply Coordinator) and suppliers to ensure product conformity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure rigorous monitoring of production.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery and production deadlines are met.
- Ensure quality control at every stage of the production process.
- React quickly to unforeseen events (supplier delays, style changes, etc.) by adjusting the production schedule accordingly.

Profile required :
- Bachelor's degree in fashion management, administration, project management or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Rigor and the ability to organize workflows efficiently, ensuring that all stages of production run smoothly.
- Anticipate needs, adjust priorities, and quickly resolve issues to ensure the smooth progression of operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams to ensure rigorous production follow-up.
- Ability to maintain performance and composure under tight deadlines and in the face of unforeseen circumstances.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changes and necessary adjustments.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
