Pay Rate: $21/hour
Shift:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Career1 is hiring an Electrical Assembler for our HVAC manufacturing client located in Barrie, ON. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company known for manufacturing high-quality heating and cooling equipment. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with experience in wiring and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical control panels and machinery.
Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and specifications.
Drill and cut holes for electrical devices and instrumentation.
Mount and wire electrical devices, motors, and control components.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical panel issues as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
Follow company safety standards and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical panel wiring or assembly.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of refrigeration circuits or plumbing is an asset.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
