Job Summary
Sabrosa Restaurant and Tequila Bar is a family owned and operated business in The Dartmouth Crossing. We are seeking an experienced and motivated bartender/server to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, support sales and customer service efforts, and ensure a fantastic experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with POS systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a dynamic retail environment. This is a keyholder position in which you would help oversee opening and closing procedures of the establishment with room to grow professionally in a fast growing company. Responsibilities

Preparing cocktails in a fast paced environment
Serving guests per company standards
Being reliable and flexible with days available
Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Oversee cashiering activities, including cash handling and processing transactions using Clover POS system
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed in applicable sections of the store
Support serving activities, maintaining high standards of hospitality and food service
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Background in restaurant, food industry, or hospitality environments is necessary
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Basic math skills

Effective communication skills to lead staff and interact with customers confidently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving
