The Campaign Manager is the operational engine behind Fluevog’s marketing and campaign execution. This role exists to make things happen: to take the creative vision, the digital priorities, and the business highlights set by leadership, and turn all of it into organized, on-time, on-brand execution across every channel and touchpoint.
What we need is someone who is exceptionally organized, a strong writer, and genuinely skilled at getting things done in a creative environment where timelines, deliverables, and people all need to be actively managed. This person keeps the calendar moving, the teams aligned, and the campaigns landing.
The right person for this role is part project manager, part copywriter, and part cat herder. They are comfortable chasing down creative people for deliverables, holding teams accountable to timelines without losing relationships, and stepping in wherever something is about to fall through the cracks. A love of writing, a feel for the Fluevog brand, and a genuine bias for action are what make this role work.
This role is in-office, in our Water Street Vancouver HQ.

Strong copywriting ability with a clear, adaptable voice and a genuine feel for brand tone
Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills: warm, persistent, and effective at getting things out of busy, creative people
Confident running meetings, managing follow-up, and holding timelines without needing to be the most senior person in the room

The Campaign Manager is one of the key people responsible for how Fluevog shows up in the world. Every blog post, every piece of in-store signage, every campaign that goes out the door carries the brand with it. Success in this role means campaigns land on time and on brand, our stores feel supported, our community feels seen, and the creative vision actually makes it all the way to the customer.
You are one of the primary keepers of the Fluevog voice in written form. You take what is distinctive and special about this brand and make sure it comes through in everything we put out, without diluting it or making it generic.
You understand that every product campaign exists to connect a customer to a shoe they are going to love. You bring genuine enthusiasm for the product into your writing and your coordination work, because that enthusiasm is contagious and it shows.
Campaigns aren’t only for shoes! You help bring to life the campaigns and communications that build the Fluevog community: the contests, the events, the Flummunity initiatives, the Manager of the Year moments. These things matter, and you make them happen.
You own your calendar and your workload. You do not wait to be told what needs doing. You see the gap, you fill it, and you communicate what you are doing and why. That independence is what makes this role work.
You write like a person, not a press release. You communicate directly with your teammates, flag problems early, and bring your actual self to the work. The Fluevog brand is built on authenticity, and so is this role.
