Job Summary:
Sales Club Managers have a focus on selling the Anytime Fitness brand to prospective club patrons. In addition to attracting new members to your club location, you will be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of your club space, and encouraging existing members to participate in our coaching programs.
The ideal candidate will be a leader, and will have a high level of customer service and sales experience. A perfect fit if you are energetic and extroverted, with a dedication to create great customer experience and a desire to enthusiastically represent the Anytime Fitness brand! Experience within the fitness industry is not a requirement, but encouraged. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working at our different locations depending upon the needs of the business and have own transporation.

- Base salary of $40,000 annual, plus performance bonuses
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage all marketing-generated and walk-in leads to recruit new prospects while proactively creating new membership opportunities through referrals, community outreach, member engagement, and organic social media efforts.
- Conduct membership consultations & club tours to convert prospects into members.
- Drive membership and coaching sales while consistently achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience by creating a welcoming, supportive, and results-focused club environment.
- Build strong relationships with members to increase retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
- Generate organic leads by fostering a positive club culture and encouraging member referrals through outstanding service and results.
- Maintain an active social media presence for the club by creating and posting engaging organic content that showcases member success stories, club culture, events, and community involvement.
- Complete administrative duties, including but not limited to membership agreements, reporting, member account management, and general club administration.
- Maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility
- Overseeing coaching sessions and ensuring coaching staff are creating an exceptional experience.
- Contribute to a positive culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values and service standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable mode of transportation
- Be available to work at various club locations as needed to meet business demands and operational requirements.
- Must be available to work weekends, with a five-day work schedule operating between Monday and Saturday.
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience required
- Leadership qualities
- Passion for helping others
- Passion for fitness
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Experience in fitness is an asset
- Social media experience is an asset
- Sales experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
